Reservations made with Demor Yachts require prepayment in full of all confirmed reservations and services. Rates always include taxes.
50% of the total charter amount, are due and payable by the charterer upon signing the charter agreement (booking), and 50% are due one month prior embarkation.
Payment is possible in one of the following ways:
a. We will email to you our bank account details so that you can wire your payment(s) through your bank.
b. We will email to you an authorization document, which you will be asked to fill in with your credit card details and sign. You then send us back (by email) the signed authorization document
Credit cards accepted: VISA, MasterCard.
Purchasers must be 18 years or older.
In the event of cancellation of the charter by the Charterer, after signing this Agreement, all advance payments made up to the date of cancellation will be retained by the Owner, and the Owner reserves the right to refund the said deposits only if he succeeds in letting the Yacht to another Charterer for the same period and under the same conditions. In the event that the Charterer should elect to terminate the charter and deliver the Yacht prior to the date designated in this Agreement, the Owner shall not be liable to the return of any proportional part of the hire money.
